Once your order has shipped, your order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on your chosen shipping method. Shipping times with standard shipping are not guaranteed. Express options are available.

All regular priced items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and sent back to 101 Brisbane Rd, North York ON, M3J 2K3, Canada. A note referencing your name and order number must be included with the return.

Cassette-cycling.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.

We ship within Canada, the USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
